There are many styles of meditation, approaches to mindfulness, and paths to living a more present life. However, each of those schools are confined to their own strict guidelines. This course is not. I believe that every person is different and needs a unique style of meditation that works for them.

In this 6 week online course, I’ll share an approach to meditation that allows you to learn what works best for you. Each week, you’ll receive new narrated course material and a 30 minute guided meditation. Whether you’re taking your first steps or are further down the path, this course is something you will grow with.

What You’ll Receive:

6 Weeks of Course Material

Each week, you’ll gain access to new material on different topics of meditation, consciousness and mindfulness. This material is written and narrated by Cory. You can listen to the narration like an audiobook or read the provided transcription.

Weekly Guided Meditations

You’ll gain access to six 30 minute weekly guided meditations. These guided meditations are hosted by Cory and work with corresponding course material. Each guided meditation is accompanied by binaural beats and beautiful psychedelic visuals to help guide you to a deeper state of mind.

Private Facebook Group

You’ll become a part of a private Facebook community where you can share your experiences, discuss the course, and trade ideas with other members. You’ll also be able to chat with Cory in the group and ask him questions about your meditation practice.

Binaural Beats for Meditation

Binaural Beats are brainwave entraining sounds that help get your brain into a meditative state. You’ll receive a collection of six 30 minute binaural beats for use in your personal meditation. This collection was created by Cory with a depth and variety that will vibe with any style of meditator.
