It sounds like a paradox. We always feel like we need to stress MORE to accomplish MORE. Well, that’s bullshit. And Emily Fletcher’s book will tell you all the reasons why. But better than that, the book will not only tell you all the reasons why, it will show you all the ways HOW. In short, by practicing the three M’s--Mindfulness, meditation, and manifestation.

“Mindfulness helps you deal with stress in the present; meditation gets rid of stress from the past, and manifesting helps you clarify your dreams of the future.”

And what happens when you reduce your stress? Well, you work better. You train better. You communicate better. You have better sex… Need I go on? I didn’t think so.

We all need to convince ourselves that there is a really good reason to change. This book has all the reasons. And it has the blueprint for how to do it. If you need a kick in the ass to change your state of mind this isn’t the only book that can help you get there, but it’s one of the best.

And if you’re curious about the writing style or the author, I’ve known Emily for a while now and the book reads like she speaks. Straight forward, inspired, clear, and no-nonsense.

Do it. Stress Less, and Accomplish More.
