      Was looking for the whole recipe. It’s at 53:05 or so. And for those who don’t want to scan through the audio again:

      1 Thumb fresh Ginger
      3 oz. Apple Cider Vinegar
      Juice of Whole Lemon
      1 tsp cayenne (or to taste)
      1/2 tsp tumeric
      5 cloves garlic
      Water to bring volume to 8-12 oz.

    Thanks for the podcast, very informative. I was wondering if you had a good resource for more information on doing a cleanse. I’ve had trouble finding a site that goes as in depth as you guys did in the podcast.

    52 garlic clove soup – similar ingredients to the tea recommended – I don’t use the butter

    “26 garlic cloves (unpeeled)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons
    (1/4 stick) organic butter (grass fed)
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
    1/2 cup fresh ginger
    2 1/4 cups sliced onions
    1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
    26 garlic cloves, peeled
    1/2 cup coconut milk
    3 1/2 cups organic vegetable broth 4 lemon wedges”
